Job Description

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner vacancy at United Counseling Service, in our progressive community mental health center located in Bennington, Vermont. UCS is a comprehensive behavioral and developmental system of care including education, prevention, early intervention, support and treatment of children, adults and families in our community. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides services in an all outpatient setting to a predominantly adult population, with some adolescent treatment. Regular hours, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, with an attractive salary and extensive benefits package. No inpatient services or after hour calls. Qualifications include MA level APRN, ARNP or RN-CS with psychiatric experience and/or specialty. DEA and VT License required. The town of Bennington is home to many regional outdoor venues and less than a one hour drive to several Vermont ski areas, Albany, NY and Stockbridge, MA
