Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Facility: A 60+-bed, not-for-profit community hospital serving 20+ towns in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Opportunity: Opportunity for an Acute Care Nurse practitioner . Provides assessment and manages acutely ill patients within the inpatient/hospital setting and across hospital-to-clinic settings, including the emergency department, intensive care unit, and/or medical/surgical unit. Work in collaboration with the physician and other members of the health care team.
