Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Opportunity in Vermont

Practice Setting


  • Join a well-established primary care team providing comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages
  • Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that integrates behavioral health and medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
  • Fully equipped clinic with ample exam rooms and office space
  • Serve a patient population including Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and private pay


Schedule


  • Monday-Friday schedule with flexible start times: 7 AM-3 PM, 8 AM-4 PM, 9 AM-5 PM, or 10 AM-6 PM
    • Call rotation of 1:5 weeks, conducted remotely via phone or Zoom-no in-office visits or hospital admissions
    • Dedicated time for patient education, preventative care, and comprehensive assessments
  • Work closely with a well-trained support staff to streamline patient care and optimize workflow


Compensation & Benefits


  • Competitive salary based on experience
