Position Description
For almost 60 years, Washington County Mental Health Services has delivered compassionate, community-based care for individuals facing mental illness, substance use, and developmental disabilities. We are welcoming an experienced PMHNP with a strong background in clinical operations, continuous improvement, and quality-driven care to help guide the future of behavioral health services across our region.
This is a unique opportunity for a PMHNP who enjoys combining clinical practice with systems thinking, operational leadership, and meaningful organizational impact. The role offers significant flexibility, including hybrid remote work options.

Scope
- 60% administrative / 40% clinical
- Clinical focus on adult psychiatry and substance use services
- Develop as well as implement systems to enhance clinical efficiency and access
- Serve as an EHR superuser, supporting optimization, training, and best practices
- Track, analyze, and interpret performance and quality metrics
- Collaborate with organizational leadership
- Build strong relationships with regional partners and community programs
- Salary up to $200k
