Vaccine Bill: Comments Requested

House Bill (H. 138) An act relating to the immunization rates of students attending public schools. This bill proposes to suspend the philosophical and religious exemptions for a specific required vaccine if the immunization rate at a school for that vaccine falls below a 90 percent threshold.

The VNPA intends to support this bill which is being introduced by Representative Till from Jericho.  Please read this proposed legislation and comment with any support or concerns.
