Painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy survey reminder

Posted about 11 years ago by Amy O'Meara

Dear VNPA Members:

Painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) affects one-sixth to one-third of patients with diabetes, and can have substantial impact on quality of life and costs of management. You are invited to participate in a survey project developed by the Pfizer Medical Division to evaluate healthcare providers' awareness and practice for the diagnosis and management of painful DPN. The survey has been previously distributed to other healthcare providers in Vermont and New England.  The results could be helpful to determine the need for future educational programs or possible changes in your clinical practice.

The voluntary survey is available via a secure web-based format using Survey Monkey. The survey is anonymous and your IP address will not be stored. Completing the survey should take between 5-10 minutes. The results are confidential and will not be shared outside of the VNPA organization. The VNPA Board will receive a summary of the aggregate results and the results will be available to participants.
