New Opioid Prescribing Rules Survey

Posted over 6 years ago by Amy O'Meara

Please consider completing this brief survey regarding the new opioid prescribing rules—this is a topic of great interest to all of us and to the public health of the state.

Sent on behalf of a medical student public health project. Your time and assistance is greatly appreciated.

Dear Vermont Prescriber:

We are medical students from the University of Vermont College of Medicine interested in gathering healthcare perspectives on the new rules for opioid prescribing that took effect July 1, 2017 in Vermont. As part of this project, we are asking all licensed opioid prescribers in Vermont to participate in a short survey. A summary of the data collected about the strengths and challenges of the current rules will be shared with the University of Vermont Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) Program.

To access this survey, please visit: https://redcap.med.uvm.edu/surveys/?s=NM74NJY7LM. This survey takes no more than 5 minutes. Please complete byMonday, November 6th at the latest. Your participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. Neither your name nor other identifying information will be collected.

Please feel free to forward this email with the included survey link to other opioid prescribers.

We greatly appreciate your time and input!

Sincerely,

Zara Bowden, Jinal Gandhi, Tasha Jost, Hanna Mathers, Chad Serels, Dan Wigmore, and Tim Wong
