Good Morning Everyone,
I have been asked by ANA - Vermont to distribute this survey, ANA - Vermont is at the table representing all Vermont Nurses during COVID-19. This information will be used to attempt to gain more PPE from the national reserves and boost training. it si only 10 questions.
