This session will utilize case studies to review best practices for diagnosis and
managemet of asthma. We will explore the genetic, environmental, and social risk
factors associated with difficult to control asthma and poor outcomes. Participants
will learn about innovative population health and quality improvement initiatives
that can be integrated into the practice setting.
