This Saturday, February 5, Vermont for Reproductive Liberty is holding a “Day of Action”

Good morning,

 

This Saturday, February 5, Vermont for Reproductive Liberty is holding a “Day of Action” in support of the Reproductive Liberty Amendment! This “Day of Action” will include an earned media campaign and a series of outdoor/masked events in Bennington, Brattleboro, Burlington, Montpelier, and Rutland.

 

With our opponents louder than ever and the final House vote on the Reproductive Liberty Amendment just days away, it’s critical that we have a good showing on Saturday. Can you support by posting tomorrow on your organization’s or personal social media channels using the toolkit below?

 

All “Day of Action” posts will be live and ready to share on the Vermont for Reproductive Liberty Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts by 9:00 am tomorrow. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out by email or phone!

Today, I’m participating in Vermont for Reproductive Liberty’s Day of Action! I’m joining activists across the state in spreading the word about the Reproductive Liberty Amendment: https://bit.ly/VTRLA_pledge

 

The Reproductive Liberty Amendment is a proposed state constitutional amendment that would protect every Vermonter’s right to make their own reproductive decisions. It would ensure that individual Vermonters can choose for themselves whether and when to become a parent, use temporary or permanent birth control, or seek abortion care.

 

If passed by the Vermont House on February 8th, the Reproductive Liberty Amendment will become a ballot measure in the November 2022 General Election. The fate of the Reproductive Liberty Amendment lies with Vermonters like us. Join me in pledging to vote YES on the amendment: https://bit.ly/VTRLA_pledge

 

If we succeed, this will be a groundbreaking achievement. Vermont will become the first state to explicitly protect reproductive rights in its constitution and set a strong example for the nation. Let’s make history!
