Please help us identify NPs who have diagnosed and treated patients with chronic conditions in a rural/underserved community
AANP asks your help to put us in touch with patients in a rural or underserved area who had a hard time finding care until they found an NP to deliver accessible, high-quality care. The key is to locate the NP who treated such patients.
