AHS Dept of Vermont Health Access - CURB membership vacancies

The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) of the State of Vermont’s Agency of Human Services is charged with organizing and facilitating several committees to advise and inform activities related to the state’s Medicaid-funded programs. One of these legislatively mandated committees is the Clinical Utilization Review Board (CURB) established by Act 146 Sec. C34. 33 V.S.A. chapter 19, subchapter 6 during the 2010 legislative session.

The Clinical Utilization Review Board is seeking membership for two vacancies. DVHA is contacting your organization to ask you to extend a message via existing outlets to your members regarding this opportunity to participate in a Governor-appointed position on a board that assists to inform activities of Vermont Medicaid. We’ve included a message below with contact and links.

The Clinical Utilization Review Board (CURB) is recruiting for two positions. Per statute, CURB should be comprised of members with diverse medical experience who are appointed by the Governor. CURB has six meetings annually, generally on the third Wednesday of every other month, from 6:30-8:30 pm. Attendance options include in-person at the Waterbury State Office Complex in Waterbury, VT or remotely via Microsoft Teams.
