Vermont cell service - how does it impact health care?

Vermont’s 10-year telecommunications plan is currently being updated and we need input from healthcare providers around the state.  Does Vermont’s uneven cell coverage impact your ability to provide services?  What would a Vermont with robust cell coverage look like from a healthcare perspective? This plan helps guide state-level policy and funding priorities to increase connectivity across the state.
