UNH Survey - Nature Therapy Prescriptions and Recommendations
Posted about 1 year ago by Eileen Murphy
My name is Dr. Gibran Mancus and I am an assistant professor at the University of New Hampshire. We are conducting a survey titled, “Prevalence and Associated Factors of Nature Therapy Prescriptions and Recommendations Among Nurse Practitioners” UNH IRB-FY2024-78.
The purpose of this research is to better understand nurse practitioner's use of nature therapy recommendations and prescriptions. Another aim is to also look at associated factors of nature therapy recommendations and prescriptions. Gaining more research on this topic can improve the awareness of nature therapy and determine how to effectively promote the use of this form of therapy.
Participants who meet inclusion criteria will be asked to initially complete the 2-question screening and consent. Eligible participants will then be completing a 7-18-item survey that depends on their use of nature therapy. This survey will only take 10-15 minutes. Participation in this study is completely voluntary. Participants who would not like to complete the survey may quit at any time.
If you are interested, please click the link below which will bring you to the screening and if you are eligible the consent and survey.
