Hello Vermont NPs -

Call for nominations! We have open positions on the Vermont NP Association Board. Terms will start January 2025. If you are interested in joining the VNPA Board, please reach out to us at vermontNP@gmail.com to indicate your interest, and also include your CV/resume. You can self-nominate or nominate a fellow NP. Please indicate which position you are interested in running for.

Executive Board -

Secretary - 2 year term starting Jan 2025

The Secretary has responsibility for the maintenance and preservation of all records related to its operations, and the organization and dissemination of information and notices to the Members, Directors, and Officers. This responsibility encompasses the Association’s organizational documents, records, minutes of meetings, lists of Members (voting and non-voting), notices to Members and Board of Directors, and formal or legal communications to and from the Association. The Secretary also shall be responsible for keeping minutes and records of the meetings of the Board and the Executive Committee, give notice thereof, and perform other duties incidental to said office as may be required by the Act or request of the Board of Director

NP Student (non-voting) member: 2 year term

The VNPA Board meets approximately once every other month, in the evening via Zoom/online. We meet in person at least once per year at the Annual VNPA Conference, held in November. Much of VNPA Board business is conducted via email. Your VNPA membership must be active and paid.
