Bring your stories of challenging conversations or questions about the laws and forms. Please share this with co-workers and colleagues. All are welcome.

What will be covered?
- Phil Lawson MD and Michele Lovell, DNP will provide a brief overview of Advance Directives versus Portable DNR and POLST Medical Orders. They can help you with conversation strategies to identify patient goals of treatment. Most of the hour will be devoted to answering attendee questions and sharing challenging situations.
