2016 Vermont Go Red For Women Luncheon

January 28, 2016
Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center
8:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Make It Your Mission to fight heart disease in women. Join us in the fight to end heart disease in our lifetime! Heart disease is still the No. 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year. This means women just like you - mothers, sisters, friends - are dying at the rate of one per minute because they don't know what you know: heart disease kills.

Vermont's 10th Annual Go Red for Women Luncheon will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center. Tickets can be purchased for $75.00. We hope you will join us for an afternoon of health screenings, breakout sessions, heart-healthy food, and stories from our survivor speaker.

We would like to introduce our Crystal Heart Awardee, Don George, President & CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont. We are honored to present Don with this award and thank him for his continued commitment to the community and its wellness.

The American Heart Association's Go Red For Women is the world's largest network standing together to end heart disease. For more than a decade, we've led the fight to protect women's hearts through research and education. Millions of women are uniting by wearing a red dress, our public symbol of the fight. The more women we mobilize to stop our No. 1 health threat, the more lives we can save.

We must not be silent. Tell every woman you know that heart disease is our No. 1 killer. Raise your voice at GoRedForWomen.org.

Together, we can end heart disease.

Sincerely,
